Donald always had a smile and a joke, but more importantly, he made you feel like you were the only person in the world he was talking to I loved working with him. So excited when he was at my train. I cannot imagine the hole he has left with family and friends. Lots of love, that’s what he was 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Words can never express my sincere condolences at the loss of 3 lives that will leave their families, friends and railway family devastated forever. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone concerned, including the crews from police, ambulance, fire, and our network rail colleagues who attended. Our colleagues and customer will never be forgotten.

Thinking of everyone involved in this tragic accident, the families of those who lost their lives, to the injured and the all the Emergency Services for what they faced on that terrible morning and those who continue to work tirelessly at the scene.
