Donald and Brett, your personalities will be missed by your colleagues and friends and you’ve left a hole in our lives. I didn’t have the honour to know Christopher, but I’m certain those whose lives he touched feel the same. I can’t imagine what the families of all three are going through, and all I can do is to offer my deepest sympathy at this most awful time.
